Aaron joined Northwest Nationals in 2008 after coaching at both the club and high school level previously.

Winsor has previously directed the FC Mukilteo G93 Premier and the Sky River Extreme. He also served as junior varsity and varsity assistant coach at Jackson High School. In all, Aaron has over 35 years experience.
