We are always amazed and grateful after each yearly event.  It is unbelievable what our Club can do! 

The Adult Auction on Nov. 14 was a testimony of great hearts and a collective effort to share in a vision.  We had a record 200 items donated, and soon we will have final tallies of what was raised. 

Based on all the great bidding, we will be very close to our goal of $40,000.  In 2008–with both auctions in March and November–we have raised close to $85,000 for our Club.  Congratulations to everyone and let's do this again next year, in October of  2009!

 

We want to thank our featured speaker, Justi Baumgardt-Yamada.  You are an inspiration to all of us and we are truly blessed to have extraordinary leaders like you among us.  We look forward to seeing you again in March for our Player Awards Banquet.

 

To our beloved Cliff McCrath- you are the best!  A standing ovation to THANK YOU! for all your hard work and giving so much to our kids.  For those who were not present last night, here is a formal announcement of Cliff's incredible achievements:

 

On January 16, 2009, in St. Louis, the announcement will be made that Cliff is the 2008 National Soccer Coaches newest Hall of Fame Inductee.  Induction ceremonies will take place on August 1, 2009 in Oneonta, N.Y., at the United States Soccer Hall of Fame.
